Bicentennial Bell Dedication

You are cordially invited to attend the Dedication of the Benjamin Rush Garden and Bicentennial Bell.

Please join us on Wednesday, April 30th at the Benjamin Rush Garden for a special program with remarks by Independence Historical Trust, the National Park Service, and additional dignitaries. The dedication will begin promptly at 11:30am.

This event is free and open to the public. Limited seating.

Road Closures

Beginning at 6 a.m., the 100 S block of 3rd Street and Walnut Street between 2nd and 4th Streets will be closed to traffic. Please find alternative routes. The road will reopen once the event’s cleanup is completed.
