Celebrating the 250th Anniversary of the United States

Independence Historical Trust, along with our partner, Independence National Historical Park, is currently in the process of preparing for our Nation’s 250th Anniversary in 2026.

We have identified some very historic restoration initiatives and have begun planning many exciting programs to commemorate this event.

It is our hope that those connected to Philadelphia and its National Park will help with our efforts to celebrate this very special anniversary.

We at the Trust know that now is the time to start raising those funds so that we can make the Semiquincentennial, spectacular!

As the birthplace of our nation, the spotlight will be on us!
